ДLiquid enzymatic feed additive "Fekord-2004".

Composition

Enzymes: β-glucanase, xylanase, cellulase, glucoamylase (producing strains — Trichoderma reesei and Aspergillus niger; Aspergillus oryzae, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, Bacillus subtilis), distilled water, glycerine, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate.

Purpose

It is used in the feed rations of farm animals and poultry to improve the nutrient value by destruction of hydrocarbons that are difficult to hydrolyze.

Biological properties

Liquid enzymatic feed additive "Fekord-2004" contributes to:

• destruction of anti-nutritional non-starch polysaccharides of the feed;

• increase of energy nutrient value of the foodstuff;

• destruction of grain endosperm cell walls and increase of cellular starch and protein availability for endogenous enzymes in poultry and animals;

• decrease of feed viscosity, improvement of nutrients digestibility and their absorption in the small intestine;

• decrease of specific feed consumption per unit of the manufactured products;

• increase of livestock and poultry productivity.

How to use

for agricultural birds, pigs and bovine cattle of any age and sex groups, feed additives are recommended for inclusion in diets containing up to: 70% of wheat, 50% of rye, 75% of barley, 35% of oatmeal, 25% of wheat middling, 20% of sunflower oil meal, 60% of triticale, 65% of corn and other forage products with the increased content of non-starch polysaccharides (NPS) and phytine compounds.

The additive is introduced at the complexes producing pre-mixes, protein, vitamin and mineral supplements and compound feeds using the existing technologies of mixing and liquid addition.

The additives are introduced at the plants producing premixtures, AVMA and compound feed or at the feed shops, by using current mixing technologies.

Addition rate: 150-200 ml/t of compound feed.

Stability

The feed additive remains effective at pH values from 2.0 to 9.0. They shall withstand temperature up to 82°С during granulation.

Safety interval

The agricultural products obtained after the usage of feed additive can be used for feeding purposes without restrictions.

Efficiency

When using enzyme feed additive Fekord 2004 (at a dose of 150-200 ml per 1 ton of the mixed feed) in the diets of fattening swine, their average daily weight increased by 16-17%, and the feed consumption by 1 с of weight decreased by 10% compared to the control population.

The application of the enzyme feed additive Fekord-2004 in milk for calves during the pre-weaning period of growth provided their average daily gain in weight by 1,029 g daily (or 20.4 % more than the target value at the feed consumption of 3.29 feeding units per 1 kg of gain in weight or 14.5 % lower than the target value), and young cattle stock feeding (application of mixed feed KR-1 and KR-2) provided their average daily gain in weight by 8.6-12.4 %. The application of Fekord-2004 in poultry breeding improved the feed conversion ratio by 6.3-12 %, increased the intensity of egg-laying capacity of hens by 3.8 %, and reduced the egg production costs by 4.2-10.8 %.
