Dry enzyme feed additive
-
Fekord-PN (group 1)
-
Fekord-PN (group 2)
Composition
Contains proteolytic complex of enzymes (producing strain Bacillus subtilis), filler (wheat or rye flour; chalk and salt).
Purpose
Dry enzymatic feed additive is intended to increase digestibility of protein in rations of poultry and pigs rich with proteins and containing pepsin and/or trypsin inhibitors.
Biological properties of the additive
Are due to the presence of a protease enzyme that hydrolyzes feed proteins into peptides and amino acids, increasing the digestibility of amino acids in the small intestine of agricultural birds and pigs, increases their productivity, reduces specific feed consumption and economic costs per unit of production.
Presentation
Cream white to light brown homogeneous powder.
How to use
The feed additive is used in the feed rations of agricultural poultry and pigs of all age and gender groups containing up to 10% of wheat bran, 20% of sunflower, soybean, canola meal, oilcake and other leguminous feed products and soybean concentrate to increase feed nutritional value by destroying its proteins.
The additive is added at the plants producing premixtures, AVMA and compound feed or at the feed shops, using the current mixing technologies.
Recommended introduction rate:
- "Fekord-PN" (group 1) in compound feeds for pigs and poultry - 100 g per 1 ton of feed;
- "Fekord-PN" (group 2) in compound feeds for pigs and poultry - 500 g per 1 ton of feed.
Stability
The feed additive remains effective during the feed granulation at the temperature up to 95°C.
Safety interval
Agricultural products can be used for feeding purposes without restrictions after the usage of feed additives.
Advantages of using
Determined by presence of the protease enzyme that hydrolyzes large protein molecules to low-molecular-weight peptides and amino acids and increases digestibility of amino acids
-
increases the digestibility of raw protein feed;
-
significant increase in the digestion of protein, amino acids and energy;
-
improvement of nutrients digestibility and their absorption in the small intestine;
-
reduction of specific feed consumption per unit of the products produced.
Efficiency
Use in poultry feeding:
-
increases broiler stock live weight by 5.5-9.8%;
-
improvement of feed conversion rate by 5.4-8.5%;
-
improvement of protein digestibility by 3-8%;
-
reduction of feed costs per product unit by 4-8.8%.
Use in swine feeding:
-
increase in nutritional value of feed by 3-6%;
-
increase in the average daily weight growth by 5.3-9.5%;
-
increase in survivability of young animals and adult stock by 3.1-5.8%;
-
reduction in prime costs of products by 5.1-8.8%.
