Composition: filler (flour/starch), lipase.
Presentation: loose powder, light cream to light brown color, packed in 5–25 kg paper or propylene bags with polyethylene inserts or polymeric film bags.

Mechanism of action
Belazim LP catalyzes hydrolysis of triglycerides with formation of glycerol and fatty acids, preventing gluten binding and contributing to phospholipid formation, which makes it possible to strengthen the flour gluten and improve the gluten network of the dough.
Efficacy
Belazim LP makes it possible to improve the quality of products: it improves stability of the dough, structure and whiteness of the soft part of the bread, increases the shine of the crust and extends the period of freshness of the product.

Use
Belazim LP is introduced in dry form together with other recipe components during dough kneading.
