Mechanism of action
Belazim Pro S hydrolyzes proteins of grain processing products to low molecule peptides and amino acids, which in the bread-baking production technology makes it possible to reduce strength and viscosity of the dough, ensuring its optimal elasticity and controllability.

Belazim Pro S reduces the mixing time, slows down staling of finished products and improves their taste characteristics.
