Liquid processing aid Onzim SGA is an enzymic product based on the enzymic complex of glucoamylase and pullulanase obtained by fermentation of the Aspergillus niger and Bacillus subtilis microorganism strains for conversion of partially hydrolyzed starch and dextrins to glucose in wort during alcohol production.
Composition: drinking water, glycerol, glucoamylase, pullulanase, preservative.Presentation: medium viscosity liquid, light brown to dark brown, packed in 5–150 kg plastic canisters.

Mechanism of action
Onzim SGA hydrolyzes α-1,4- and α-1,6-glycoside bonds in starch, dextrins and oligosaccharides, splitting glucose molecules from non-reducing ends of chains. Pullulanase hydrolyzes α-1,6-glycoside bonds in starch, dextrins and pullulan to oligosaccharides.Efficacy
Due to the combined action of glucoamylase and pullulanase, Onzim SGA ensures deep breakdown of starch to fermentable sugars and contributes to intensification of the wort fermentation process and an increased alcohol yield.Operating pH range: 3.0–6.0
