Amylzim Standard is a highly effective liquid protease obtained by deep fermentation of Bacillus Subtilis and intended for use in liquid detergents. Amylzim hydrolyses 1,4-α-glycosidic links of starch in food contaminations, breaking starch down to soluble dextrins and oligosaccharides that can be easily removed from clothes.
Composition: amylase, purified water, calcium chloride, glycerine, tare preservative.
Presentation: medium viscosity liquid, light beige to light brown, packed into plastic canisters with weight of 10, 25, 60 kg.
- Ferment ООО
Multi-purpose auxiliary enzyme agent.
Amylase for liquid synthetic detergents.
Highly effective liquid amylase obtained by deep fermentation of Bacillus Subtilis and intended for use in liquid detergents to remove starch contaminations (rice, potato, noodles, corn).
Advantages
-
Contributes to effective removal of starch contaminants;
-
Increases the cleaning performance of the detergent;
-
shows high stability both in storage and when applied in detergents;
-
has high effectiveness at low washing temperatures;
- shows high activity in neutral media.
Composition
Amylase, purified water, calcium chloride, glycerine, tare preservative
Mechanism of action
Amylzim hydrolyses 1,4-α-glycosidic links of starch in food contaminations, breaking starch down to soluble dextrins and oligosaccharides that can be easily removed from clothes.
Efficiency
Amylzim Standard is intended for use in liquid detergents in order to increase their washing capacity, contributing to more effective removal of starch-based contaminations.
pH working range is 5.5–8.5.
Working temperature range is 10–70 °C.
How to use
Liquid synthetic detergents containing enzymes must be produced in a certain manner. Before addition of enzymes, mix and dissolve all other detergent components and adjust pH of the detergent to the necessary level. In case of addition of liquid enzymes, mixing temperature must not exceed 30 ℃.
At first, the necessary amount of liquid protease is added to the liquid synthetic detergent; then the detergent is stirred for 10-15 minutes for stabilization, after which other enzymes are introduced, including Amylzim Standard.
Dosage of Amylzim Standard depends on the type and composition of the liquid synthetic detergent and may vary from 0.3 to 1.0% by weight.
Type of liquid synthetic detergent |
Dosage, % |
---|---|
Small-sized (capsules), 1–3 g/l |
0,6–1,0 |
Concentrated (gel), 3–6 g/l |
0,5–0,8 |
Normal, >6 g/l | 0,3–0,6 |
Safety and first aid measures
Work using safety glasses and rubber gloves. In case of contact with damaged skin and mucous membranes, the product may cause slight irritation. In this case, rinse the place of contact thoroughly with running water.
