Multi-purpose auxiliary enzyme agent.

Lipase for liquid synthetic detergents.

Liquid lipase obtained by deep fermentation of Aspergillus Niger and intended for use in liquid detergents to remove oil and fat contaminations.

Advantages

  • Has a broad specificity toward substrate;

  • shows high effectiveness in a wide range of temperatures;

  • shows high effectiveness at neutral and alkaline pH values;

  • is well compatible with detergents;

  • contributes to more effective contaminant removal;

  • increases the cleaning performance of the detergent.

Composition

Lipase, purified water, glycerine, tare preservative

Mechanism of action

LIPROZIM hydrolyses triglycerides forming the basis of grease and oil contaminants to more hydrophilic mono- and diglycerides, free fatty acids and glycerol which are freely soluble in alkaline washing conditions and are removed from the washed fabric surface.

Efficiency

Liprozim Standard is intended for use in liquid detergents in order to increase their washing capacity, contributing to more effective removal of oil-based contaminations.

pH working range is 6.0–10.

Operating temperature range 20–70 ℃.

How to use

Liquid synthetic detergents containing enzymes must be produced in a certain manner. Before addition of enzymes, mix and dissolve all other detergent components and adjust pH of the detergent to the necessary level. In case of addition of liquid enzymes, mixing temperature must not exceed 30 ℃.

At first, add the necessary amount of liquid protease to the liquid synthetic detergent; then stir the detergent for 10-15 minutes to stabilize and then introduce other enzymes, including Liprozim Standard.

Dosage of Liprozim Plus depends on the type and composition of the liquid synthetic detergent and may vary from 0.2 to 0.5% by weight.
