Proteasol Expert is a liquid protease obtained by deep fermentation of Bacillus Subtilis and intended for use in liquid detergents to remove protein contaminations.
Composition: protease, purified water, glycerine, propylene glycol, sodium formate, boric acid, tare preservative.
Presentation: medium viscosity liquid, light brown to dark brown, packed into plastic canisters with weight of 10, 25, 60 kg.
- Ferment ООО
Multi-purpose auxiliary enzyme agent.
Protease for liquid synthetic detergents.
Liquid protease obtained by deep fermentation of Bacillus Subtilis and intended for use in liquid detergents.
Advantages
-
Has a large affinity for protein substrate;
-
shows high effectiveness in alkaline mediums at moderate temperatures.
Composition
Protease, purified water, glycerine, propylene glycol, sodium formate, boric acid, tare preservative.
Mechanism of action
PROTEASOL hydrolyzes peptide bonds in protein molecules of organic contaminations, destroying them to freely soluble peptides and amino acids that are easily removed from clothes.
Efficiency
Proteasol Expert is intended for use in liquid detergents to increase their washing performance. Proteasol Expert contributes to more effective removal of contaminations of protein nature.
pH working range is 9.0–13.5.
Working temperature range is 15–65 ℃.
How to use
Liquid synthetic detergents containing enzymes must be produced in a certain manner. Before addition of enzymes, mix and dissolve all other detergent components and adjust pH of the detergent to the necessary level. In case of addition of liquid enzymes, mixing temperature must not exceed 30 ℃.
At first, add the necessary amount of liquid protease to the liquid synthetic detergent; then stir the detergent for 10–15 minutes to stabilize and then introduce other enzymes.
Dosage of Proteasol Expert depends on the type and composition of the liquid synthetic detergent and may vary from 0.1 to 1.2% by weight.
Type of liquid synthetic detergent, dosage |
