ENZYTEX CKO is a complex of acid cellulases designed specifically for bio-boiling of cotton, blend and linen fabrics and textile fabrics.
Composition: complex of acid cellulases, purified water, glycerine, tare preservative.
Presentation: medium viscosity liquid, light beige to light brown, packed into plastic canisters with weight of 10, 25, 60 kg.
- Ferment ООО
Complex of acid cellulases in liquid form designed specifically for bio-boiling of cotton, blend and linen fabrics and textile fabrics.
Advantages
-
ensures high wettability of textile materials;
-
replaces traditional environmentally unsafe alkaline boiling;
-
ensures significant water and energy saving;
-
ensures minimal loss of weight of the textile material.
Composition
Complex of acid cellulases, purified water, glycerine, tare preservative.
Mechanism of action
ENZYTEX CKO hydrolyses β-1,4-glycosidic bonds of the cellulose portion of the primary wall of fibers - material surface becomes porous and more sensitive to the effect of water, chemical reagents and colorants, as well as other enzymes and reagents for removal of substances accompanying cellulose (pectins, hemicellulose).
Properties and efficiency
ENZYTEX CKO is used in the processes of bio-boiling of textile materials, affecting unordered cellulose in the outer layers of the fiber, thus contributing to removal of non-cellulose inclusions from the fiber, changing frictional and mechanical properties and improving hygroscopicity and sorption capacity with regard to dyes.
