Composition

Contains xylanase, β-glucanase, β- mannanase, pectinase (producing strains – Trichoderma reesei, Trichoderma longibrachiatum, Bacillus lentus, Bacillus amydoliguefaciens, Pichia Pastoris), filler (wheat flour or rye flour, chalk and salt composition).

Purpose

Dry enzymatic feed additive for improvement of the digestibility of cereals, legumes, oilseeds in the diets of poultry.

Biological properties

The use of dry enzymatic feed additive contributes to destruction of non-starch polysaccharides, reduced viscosity of chymous of the gastrointestinal tract, which improves digestibility of feed and absorption of amino acids and sugars in the small intestine of poultry and pigs, improves nutritional value of the diet, increases productivity indicators, reduces specific consumption of feed and financial costs per unit of products.

How to use

Feed additive is used during the entire growing period in feed rations of poultry of all age and sex groups.

The additive is added at the plants producing premixtures, AVMA and compound feed or at the feed shops, using the current mixing technologies.

Recommended introduction rate:

  • "Fekord-MP" (group 1) in compound feeds for poultry - 50-100 g per 1 ton of feed;

  • "Fekord-MP" (group 2) in compound feeds for poultry - 500-1000 g per 1 ton of feed.

Stability

Feed additives remain effective at pH value from 2.0 to 9.0. They shall withstand temperature up to 90°С during granulation.

Safety interval

Agricultural products can be used for feeding purposes without restrictions after the usage of feed additives.

Advantages of using

Fekord-MP action is aimed at splitting of the fibres (β-mannanes, cellulose, hemicellulose and xylans which pressuposes a number of advantages:

  • more effective use of feed ingredients: soy, sunflower, rapeseed, corn;

  • contributes to the optimization of diets with the possibility of increasing the proportion of sunflower, soybean and rapeseed meal and cake;

  • stress and burden decrease on the immune system;

  • improved microflora in the small intestine by means of viscosity reduction of contents in the intestine and the increase in the monosaccharide level;

  • improved sanitary and hygienic conditions of production rooms;

  • livability increase and culling decrease.

Efficiency

The application of Fekord-MP in the poultry farming results in increase of the broiler stock live weight by 6%, decrease of the feed conversion by 5.1%, increase of the intensity of the hens egg-laying capacity by 4.5%, reduction of the feed costs per production unit by 6.1%.
